Don has enjoyed a long career in Event Planning and Sales and is currently working as Sales Manager at the Hennepin Theatre Trust Event Center. Working with clients to fashion the perfect event is very similar to working with couples to create and execute an authentic ceremony and is something that comes natural to him.

In addition to this experience, Don is also a Choir Director with a long history in worship planning and has enjoyed many years assisting in creating the Liturgy for both Catholic and Protestant Churches that he has served. His other passions include travel, food and wine, history and the arts. He feels blessed to live in the Twin Cities given the richness we have in all of these areas.
As an Officiant for over 12 years, his greatest passion has been the customization involved in creating a ceremony that truly reflects the uniqueness of the couple and their individual personalities! Don is very open-minded and is thrilled to celebrate love in any fashion, be it religious, non-religious, traditional, or something completely out of the ordinary! He feels honored to take part in this momentous event in people’s lives as they celebrate their love and commitment!
